We sell online educational content (courses, career tracks, professional programs and bundles), online exams, and a recurring membership that gives access to the catalog.

Course content is digital and delivered online. No physical goods are shipped.

All prices are shown in euro. Single courses are a one-time payment and include the exam and one retake. Bundles are priced as the sum of the courses they contain.

The Skillvane All Access membership is billed at €85 per month until cancelled. See the Subscription Terms for details.

Every order includes a Skillvane All Access subscription at €85 per month. The first month is free (€0 today). The subscription then renews at €85 every month, starting one month after your order, until you cancel. It cannot be bought on its own. This is shown at checkout, and you must confirm it before paying. You can cancel at any time.

Payment is taken by card at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

A seat is for one learner. You may not share your login, resell, copy, record or redistribute course material.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the content you have paid for, for your own learning.

Each course ends with an online exam. The pass mark is 70%. One retake is included with every course purchase.

Certificates are issued by Skillvane after a passing exam. They are our own credential. They are not a government licence, a university degree or a vendor certification, and they do not guarantee a job or an interview.

We may withdraw a certificate if an exam was passed by cheating, impersonation or any breach of these terms.

Because our products are digital content that you can start using immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. Please read the Refund Policy for the full details, including the legal notice about your right of withdrawal.

You agree not to attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, scrape the content at scale, or use the exams in a way that is dishonest or unfair to other learners.

All content, exams, logos and the Skillvane name belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual-property right to you.

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may update, improve or retire content, and we may change these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site and apply to future purchases and renewals.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned in the 12 months before the claim.

We do not guarantee any particular career outcome. Courses are educational and not professional advice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where our company is registered, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. If you are a consumer in the EU you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
