Skillvane All Access is a monthly membership that gives you access to the whole Skillvane catalog for €85 per month. These terms explain how billing, renewal and cancellation work.
1.Included with every order
Skillvane All Access is added to every course order, whatever you buy. It cannot be bought on its own. It is shown at checkout, and you confirm it with a checkbox before paying.
The first month is free: nothing is charged for it with your order (€0 today). The subscription then renews at €85 every month, starting one month after your order, until you cancel.
To cancel, write to support@skill-vane.online from the email used at checkout, or use the contact page. Cancelling takes effect before the next renewal and stops all future charges.
2.What is included
Access to every course, career track, professional program and bundle in the catalog, including new content added while you are subscribed.
Exams and retakes for the content you study, and a certificate each time you pass.
3.Price and billing
The membership costs €85 per month. The first month is free. You are then charged once every month, on the same day as your order, starting one month after your order, until you cancel.
If we change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from your next billing period after that notice, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
4.Automatic renewal
Your membership renews automatically each month. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method every month until you cancel.
5.Cancel at any time
You can cancel whenever you like, with no fee and no notice period. Cancelling stops future charges.
After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
6.No refunds for used periods
Because access is digital and starts immediately, we do not refund the current or past billing periods. See the Refund Policy for details.
7.Certificates you have earned
Certificates you earned while subscribed stay yours after you cancel. Access to lessons and to new exam attempts stops when your membership ends.
8.Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails we may retry it and pause your access until it succeeds. We will email you so you can update your payment method.
9.Fair use
A membership is for one person. Sharing an account or downloading content to redistribute it may lead to suspension.
